After two years of "blogger's block", I am back.

I have started a new chapter in my life. After many years of giving Mexican cooking classes in various places, I took the leap and opened up a cooking school in San Miguel de Allende, where I have been living for the last 10 years. I am very excited and full of energy and new ideas.
